Richard spent hours, in the freezing temperatures digging until he located the issue. He kept us informed of the problem, how it was being resolved and the charges. Time keeping was reliable and they left the area as clean and tidy as possible including cutting up all the undergrowth they had had to remove and putting it in our brown bins. A huge thank you to them for being so incredibly helpful and sorting the issue so swiftly. We would recommend highly for excellent service.
